Decompression Sessions give you the opportunity to pause! I host live guided meditations via zoom. These 30 minute guided meditations give you an experience in meditation techniques that you can carry with you for a lifetime.
 
Held every the last 3 Thursdays of each month at 6:30 pm EST, via a private zoom link.
Upon placing your order, you will receive an email directly from me with the private link and schedule to the monthly Decompression Sessions.
