About
This 7 step workshop consists of simple exercises that may challenge the core of who you thought you were, to help you accept, understand, and love all that truly are. The term "self-love" is often used, but what does it truly mean? How does it feel in practice, and what intentional actions contribute to its development? Many assume that self-love is simply engaging in acts of self-care, like watching a movie alone or taking a candlelit bath. While those actions allow us to relax and indulge, true self-love extends far beyond surface-level acts. Genuine self-love requires deep self-reflection and an honest confrontation with all aspects of oneself—the admirable, the challenging, the joyful, and the uncomfortable. It is an active process of self-exploration that leads to greater self-acceptance, which, in turn, fosters true self-love. This journey is not about perfection but about recognizing and embracing one's full complexity. When self-love is fully integrated, it strengthens one's ability to set **healthy boundaries** in relationships and life experiences. Additionally, research in psychology and personal development suggests that a strong sense of self-worth enhances overall well-being and attracts more fulfilling opportunities. By cultivating self-love, individuals create a foundation for personal growth, resilience, and meaningful connections.
